At Raising Brain, we're reimagining education with our unique project-based microschool model. Located in Flint Hill Virginia, our campus provides a supportive, child-led learning environment for kids aged 5-15 to thrive. Our microschool program serves as an enrichment opportunity for homeschooling families.

Here, every learner is valued and encouraged to excel. Our small class sizes foster strong connections and meaningful interactions, allowing students to not only learn but also actively participate and share their thoughts. Our program complements home studies by offering a variety of resources and guidance in a structured yet flexible manner. We tailor concepts to their interests, empowering them to excel in math and language arts in ways that matter to them.

Unlike traditional schools, we encourage exploration beyond the standard curriculum. With access to technology, art supplies, and outdoor spaces, students can immerse themselves into topics that inspire them. For example, during our biomimicry unit, learners might create plant-inspired water filtration systems or design architectural structures with nature as their inspiration.

We recognize that core academic needs differ among families and age groups. At Raising Brain, we strive to build a solid foundation in Language Arts and Math by integrating these subjects into our unit studies alongside history, science, and art. This approach enriches home learning in a manner that accommodates each individual's level of understanding and ensures that everyone can progress at their own pace.
