Homemade Osaka Yum Yum Sauce

We are obsessed with Yum Yum sauce from Osaka! My husband would probably drink it if he could! I make stir fry often at home, so I decided to try to make my own, and it turned out AMAZING!

Tonight we had Chicken Stir fry, and of course the famous Yum Yum to go with!

Here is what you will need:

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. I use Hellman's brand regular Mayo (not light.)

  3. *Make sure to refrigerate at least 8 hours.

  4. We keep ours in a condiment bottle, and use it for pretty much anything people would use ketchup for! (Tastes great on burgers and fries!!!!)
