Fried Cabbage and Noodles
INGREDIENTS
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 pinches ground black pepper
1lb of ground pork
1 large onion cut in half and then cut in thin half moons
1/2 large head of green cabbage shredded
2 large cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb of bacon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain well set aside.
Sautee onions over olive oil
Add ground pork and cook til brown, add salt and pepper to taste
Add cabbage and chicken broth and cook until it is tender; approximately 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for additional 1 minute. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika and Italian seasoning. Add egg noodles and stir to combine.

You can also add bacon if you'd like! Enjoy!
